1. The service

Voxe3D is an AI-powered platform that generates 3D models from images and prepares them for 3D printing. Generations consume credits according to the pricing shown inside the product before each generation.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of the images you upload and the models you generate. You must own the necessary rights to any image you upload. You may not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property, or that is illegal or harmful.

3. Credits and refunds

Credits are reserved when a generation starts and only captured when the model is delivered. If a generation fails for reasons on our side or the AI provider's side, the reserved credits are automatically returned. See the Refund Policy for payments.

4. No printability guarantee

Generated models are validated and repaired automatically, but 3D printing depends on your printer, materials and slicer settings. Printability indicators are estimates, not guarantees.

5. Acceptable use

• No attempts to bypass usage limits, credits or security controls.
• No uploading of malicious files.
• No use of the service to produce illegal items.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
