What file formats can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP images up to 15 MB. A clear subject on a simple background produces the best models.
What do I get as output?
A downloadable STL file, plus the original generated mesh format when available. Every model comes with dimensions, polygon count and a mesh quality report.
Are the generated models guaranteed to be printable?
No generator can honestly promise that. We repair and validate every mesh, and we show you a transparent printability estimate with specific warnings instead of a false guarantee.
What happens if a generation fails?
If the failure is on our side or the provider's, your credits are automatically returned. You only pay for delivered models.
Who owns the models I create?
You do. Your uploads and models are private by default. Commercial usage rights depend on your plan - see the Commercial License Policy.
Can I use the models commercially?
Maker Pro and Studio plans include a commercial license for the models you generate. The Starter plan is for personal use.
