Refund Policy

Credits

Credits reserved for a generation are automatically returned when the generation fails for reasons on our side or on the AI provider's side. Credits consumed by successfully delivered models are not refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Credit packs

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Packs that are partially used are refunded proportionally at our discretion.
